Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@shopsavvycommunity.com. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided after your request is reviewed. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. A return shipping label may be provided where applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds include any applicable GST paid at the time of purchase.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service:

When you are entitled to a remedy

  • Faulty goods (including sale items):
    Your consumer rights apply even to sale items if they are faulty or have hidden defects.

  • Proof of purchase:
    Proof of purchase is required (such as a receipt or bank statement). Original packaging is not mandatory.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (If Applicable)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Returned items must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
